Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BugToPrompt ("the Service"), a bug-capture browser extension and dashboard that turns reported issues into ready-to-paste prompts. By creating an account or using our extension, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Plans, credits, and billing

The Service is sold in credits (1 credit = $0.01). Captured bugs and resold voice transcription consume credits per our published pricing. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; prepaid top-up credits expire twelve months after purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or transmit content you have no right to capture. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to capture screenshots, timelines, or transcripts from your end users.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
