PII & Subprocessor Disclosure

This page discloses the categories of personally identifiable information ("PII") BugToPrompt may process and the third-party subprocessors that help us deliver the Service.
Categories of PII
Account identifiers (name, email); content you capture that may contain personal data (screenshots, interaction timelines, transcripts); and technical metadata (originating site, timestamps). We do not store captured audio.
Subprocessors

| AssemblyAI | Live voice-to-text transcription (audio is not stored) |
| Composio | Per-user OAuth connections for issue forwarding (e.g. GitHub) |
| Stripe | Payment processing for subscriptions and top-ups |
| Resend | Transactional email (onboarding and account notices) |
We will update this list before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes personal data. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for how this data is handled.
